No marks yet billing for remark

I corresponded with UNISA varies of times regarding faulty marks and they do not get back to me. In their "my studies @ unisa 2014 guide on p 51 and i quote it states ..." if we don't hear from you within this period, we regard all results as correct and complete." their period is 3 months i have waited for 3 of their branches (to get back to me for 4 week. instead i now received a billing for remark of script of R350.00!!! this is outrageous it goes against every grain of professional academic ethics. they made a calculation error and now i have to pay. at first i gave them the benefit of the doubt that due to the large about of students they made a mistake but just to bill me after stating in their brochures that if i had problems i have to address it with them. no one got back to me no one phoned me no one emailed me nothing just a bill for a remark.. the 2 modules i queried was scl 1501 and cip 2601. i am very sure i passed those as i work with them everyday in my work and i made quake notes after all my exams of my questions. this is frustrating and i cannot focus on my new semester as this hangs over me. i do not want a automation massage.want to speak to a person.
