REMARK SCRIPTS STILL NOT OUT

I have asked for a remark on my script and these were meant to be relased on 31/3. i have called for the past 3 weeks and every day i get a different message / false info. the exams dep sent me a mail stating that my results are with held as i did not pay, i paid and still no results. you call the department and they have every excuse like they waiting for the Dean to sign off or the script is list or the script is not back. one cannot get hold of a supervisor. every day they ask you to call back. we write exams in a months time . can this please be investigated. you leave messages and no one calls back, some people get their results back unchanged and I wonder was it ever marked?
