Cannot log onto MyLife Unisa Email Account

Good day,
When I try to log into MyLife UNISA email account it fails to do so and has since day 1. I have never been able to access it.
The message that appears is "You must update your password because this is the first time that you've signed in or your password has expired" and it will not allow me to change my password.
I have sent many emails, with no response or a not appropriate response. Could you please reset my account or help me with this problem as i need to register for the second semester.
