Can't access unisa e-mail account

I can't access my unisa e-mail account.

I keep getting a message that the ID and/or password is incorrect.

I am using this e-mail and need to get my HMLLB80 feedback.

e-mail account = 36721158@mylife.unisa.ac.za

I tried to reset the password, but I still have the same problem.
