UNPROFESSIONAL, LIARS and

Im extremely angry and I feel robbed by Damelin, I applied to study marketing management and then a couple of months later I found out I was pregnant, I was struggling with my pregnancy and working full time and having my own home and then studying ontop of it was abit much for me and it was affecting me alot, I decided to transfer my course to something easier, so I had to return my study material which I did and 3 months down the line I still heard nothing from damelin so I had to run around behind them which made me angry bcoz they are getting paid for a service, to cut a long story short, I decided that I want to cancel my contract all together bcoz I dont see why I should do damelins job too. I got told by 1 consultant that I would not get refunded and then by anther that I would but I would be charged a 80% cancellation fee, I then decided that maybe I should do a short course where I dont write exams and when I queried it, I got told I could do that but the remainding amount would be kept by damelin as credit for when I want to study again!!! The cheek im furious with the service ive been getting and been left in the dark, they are liars and!!!
