Waiting for feedback from novembe

Me and my wife went to this above mentioned school in november 2013 looking for a space for her, and we were put on a waiting list which i dont have problem with. what i have a problem with is the fact that their did not bother calling us back to let us know in time. we called the office countless time with no luck. this morning to find out what was going on. when we got there we were told there are no spaces anymore. if we did not go there how would we have found out that theres no space for our child. worse part we leave accross the road from the school.

and while we were looking for a school, we were told to o that one as is closer and is our area.

i am very dissappointed and i will write a letter to the department to notify them about this kind of service we are getting.
