Long Over due Pension Payout

Good Day. i have submitted all the documentation on the 10/09/2013 and i was told by Zoleka and her manager Lynn that the waiting period is 3 months before the pay out. i have visited their offices a few times and phone the a lot of times anf the was no luck. Lynn send me an email after ALL my complaints that i will have the money will be paid in no later that 31 December 2013 and i am still sitting with that empty promised email of hers. J SMIT.
