To whom it may concern

I have paid the required fee for registration purposes. The amount paid was deducted from my bank account and a receipt ref nr was created. However an error report came up stating there was a system error and that I needed to phone a specific telephone number (012 429 2844) for assistance. I have tried to phone this number the whole afternoon to no avail. I have also sent an email (short while ago) to: study-info@unisa.ac.za, but our of previous bad experience on the response when sending emails to Unisa is opting now to use this forum to have this matter attended to urgently. I have to register for additional subjects but is not able to. Your urgent assistance will be appreciated
