Debit order going twice a day

Skills Academy doesn't care about people feeling they do as they pleased, When i sign in with them i sign for the debit order to went of on the1st of each month but the debit order went off on 30th without consulting me, which was not the problem until they deduct money in 16;11 and again in 16;13 same day, i called Isaac Sinegugu with no lucky then i send him an email then someone else reply as followed...

So sorry for all the inconvenience caused. The earliest we are able to process a refund for the R 420.00 will be next week Friday, the best I can do is send you a letter that needs to be taken to the bank, it allows you to reverse the debit order that went off on the 1st. Please see the attachment.

And that friday not even a phone call was made by skill academy apologies or tranfer was made, until i send an email to Isaac then then Vuyelwa Shumane called said they will tranfer my money on Tuesday, Today its wensday haven't received my money not even a decent phone call to explain whats going on, how rude?
