Hi there

My domestic worker recently had a debit order of R200 for IQ Academy. She has no recollection of ever speaking to them, and is sure she did not authorise this. After speaking to them, we established that according to them she signed up in August 2012 and canceled in October 2012 and now owes a cancelation fee of around R900. We now await proof before taking further action next week. I did establish that the only contact they had for her was a number she does not recognise, and so no invoice has ever been issued to her (very strange). Also, why wait a year to debit her account??? They didnt even have an address to send course material - even if she had signed up and canceled 2 MONTHS LATER... which doesn't seem likely after reading all these complaints... IQ Academy clearly would have had no intention of sending course material... It seems the general responses from IQ Academy to the complaints is that they are trying to deal with the query but cant seem to get hold of the client to resolve... so here is my contact info as well just in case: 0843896814 / 0110471583 /0117044667 / [Email Removed] / [Email Removed] - or sms me when ur avail... no excuses!!!
