Exams results held back due to an account erro

My November exams results have been held back due to accounts dept not rectifying my account on time. I was supposed to have received my results on 31/01/2013 and still dont have it. Studying with Damelin has been the biggest mistake I have made. Firstly it take a year for me to receive all my books, thus resulting me not having enough time to finish my papers and now this query with the accounts dept. Phoning the call center is a waste of time, because my calls are always tranferred from dept to dept. Cant wait for my course to be over and believe me, I will never recommend anyone from company to study with Damelin.
