Not Paying my Refund

Initially when I registered, all 4 modules where available and I ask for a quote and paid for all 4 modules to attend, then on commencement of the semester 2 of my subjects where running at the same times and I asked to cancel one.

So now the problem is, since August 2013 I have been asking for my refund and I only got empty promises, until I personally went there on the 25 November 2013 and they said they will process it on the 6th Dec 2013. until now that is not done and no one contacted me on the matter.
