Intec Refund Issues / Shocking Service

I have been dealing with Intec since July 2013 regarding a refund that has been due to me for over 5 years. They have confirmed that they owe me the refund but can never give me a payment date and never put you through to someone who can. Apparently NO staff members at Intec have or are allowed to give out contact particulars of the finance department, nor is any student / customer allowed to speak to someone in Management. No staff member may give a customer written confirmation of refund information either. I find this unacceptable. They have no concept of customer service and the call-centre staff also do not care whether the customer has been helped or not. Really fed up. Sakhile basically confirmed that there is no way they can help me and that there is nothing I can do about it. He said his loyalty with Intec (not Intec's customers) as he is a staff member of the institution.
