Unisa
Please let me know if I am accepted

I applied to study at Unisa in the application period and then waited for them to let me know whether application was successful. No word from them whatsoever. So I phone and they said I had been accepted, try and register online and I couldn't. So I had to go and wait in line at Unisa for an hour and a half in order to find out whether I've been accepted. Only to be given the acceptance letter that should have been sent to me long ago saying that I have to do a bridging course even though my marks are well within the required standard.
