I registered for 2013 1st semester on the 15 Dec, and fully paid my fees on the 15 Jan. Since then, I have been emailing Unisa, as well as calling. there has been absolutely NO RESPONSE whatsoever. I am at my wits end. I paid nearly R5000, and I don't even know whether the registration has been successful. It is almost February, and I don't even know what books to get. I am appalled by the complete and utter lack of service. As a paying customer, I really expect better treatment. How am I supposed to study with Unisa for the next 5 years if this is the way they treat their students??? AKA - PAYING CUSTOMERS!!! or, do the people who work not make the connection between student and customer? I am sick and tired of emailing them every time. I cringe every time I think about how my time is running out. Exams are probably in May, and I need to study 4 subjects at tertiary level. I am not sure what I am supposed to do. Whether they will even respond to this is anyone's guess.
