Incorrect capturing of semeste

On the 23/01/2013 I sent through my application to the cbm department for processing. They captured it the module on second semmester and in the application form it clearly states that it should be 1st semmester. Ive been sending out my query to rectify this and no one up until this hour has sent me a reply. I forwarded it to people such as Reagan Mabunda and Selindile Moyo who work for cbm and I only received read receipts and no response. I think that it is really disapointing that Unisa does not offer any assistance at all and even the given contact numbers always just ring, e-mails are not attended to. Does it have to be put on Hello peter (an external website) to get help.my student number is 77827562
