WHY EVEN BOTHER CALLING IF THE PHONE GETS PUT DOWN

I am not happy with the service i am getting from INTEC and its the worst decision i have ever made to enroll with them and the biggest mistake of my life. It all started when i enrolled last year Janaury 2012 and end of March i still havent received my book or even a confirmation letter that i have enrolled, I had to phone Intec and asked them when are they sending me any notifications - and then i have received a letter dated in March showing i have enrolled but have been paying since January 2012.The place i wrote the exams end of december last year was an absolute disgrace and unsafe for a girl to even be in that area alone!!!
But to top it all off - today i got my results for the exams and it is 21% and 34% but i did the assignments and everything and got between 60 and 70 for them!!! How on earth is this possible, if i didnt do the assignment i had no foot to stand on but how would you explain that! I have been calling your call centre all morning and had the phone put down in my ear by two differEnt consultants all because i am not happy with my exam results and i need answers on this. BUT THE CALL CENTRE JUST PUTS THE PHONE DOWN - WHY - BECAUSE THEY ARE USELESS
