Raw deal

I enrolled with Intec College in 2010 July, wrote my first exam in June 2011 (six subjects), passed 3 of which one results was smsed to me and the others were not as promissed. in January 2012, there was no results and had to call to ask for them. thats where i found out that i failed three BUT to my suprise, on that statement of results, the subject that was smsed to me were not on that statement. i emailed to enquire, no one knew what happend until Santi sent another statement including the results of that subject.

In feb 2012 i received exam registration details, yet, that subject pops up again as still need to be written, i asked them again about their communication channels, why is that subject still there, no one answered. i registerred to write the last 3 subjects, i passed 1 and failed 2, i asked for remark for 1 subject (economics) and paid for that remark, well i received an sms saying i passed, no statement as yet. i send a complain via intec website, i am still waiting.

So please intec, you frustrated and confused me for the very long time, some of the thing you did i cannot even include here. PLEASE GIVE ME MY STATEMENT OF RESULTS WITH THAT ECONOMICS INCLUDED.
