Chasing a student out of exam paper and hostel

I pay school fees for my younger brother who is doing grade-11 at Oxford college in Harding. This morning I paid R3000 towards his fees and made arrangements to pay the existing balance on the 25th.
30mins later my brother calls to inform me that he was chasing out of the exam paper and out of the hostel for a R1800.00 balance which I promise to pay next week.

Home is Mtata, more than 500km away from school. if he is then chased out of hostel, when are they saying he must go?
Chasing away a child in the middle of an exam will surely affecting his performance.

My brother informs me that they were not giving him food at the hostel because he owes, which makes me wonder if are they going to give him all the plates they denied him when the fees are paid?
is he suppose to focus in class with an empty stomach?

This school is operating on its own constitution and the principal is making money out of the school with no children interest at heart.
something need to be done to stop this madness.
