i would like to cancel:

i was tols to login to myunisa, it's not giving me the option to cancel study units, i tried doing this before the registration closing date. i want to make a payment today for the other 5 modules so i can get my study material,
i've sent sms and e-mail on line, all i get is confirmation that my enquiry was recived and i will receive feedback but no one gives me any feedback, i went to Unisa JHB, they gave me a number to call that doesn't work. someone please assist, it's now such a struggle to get any assistance at Unisa with no call centre
