NCA Card Lost

Hi There

I recently studied the National Credit Act through the NCA campus and wrote my exam beginning of last month, 3 weeks later i contact the campus to find out if my card has been sent out and a lady by the name of Jennie replied YES, i have still not received my card till today and every time i contact the campus, i am told to be patient and if i cannot then I should pay for a re print, i supplied the campus with a correct and clear email of my address and they still manage to lose my card, and then have the nerve to tell me, they cannot be held responsible for this, up till today, no one will help or assist me in this matter, which probably means, i have to re write the exam and pay for it or pay for a re print of my card!!!
