Noise level outside Prometric testing room

Good day

I would just like to inform you of the experience I had at the Roodepoort Boston Campus this afternoon.

I was writing my Prometric exam and the noise level in the office behind me (the office leading into the exam room was excessive, I had to complain twice to the students / staff and was told that they did not know that there was someone in the test centre, doors were also being banged and was a real disruption.

Just a suggestion, maybe a sign should be put up at the Test room that if the door is closed that there should be silence around the area.
