I have been an Economics student for longer than i would like and ever semester i have received feedback to the assisgnments only after I have written the exam. This is unacceptable. I doesnt make any different how early I register. I always receive my tutorial letters in the post after my exam. How is this going to assist me in preparing for the exam. Feedback to my assisgnments is the only guideline I have in preparing for the exam and I never ever receive it in time. I am fed up with this. Unisa will post me a letter stating I must settle my account by the end of the month e.g August and it will be dated September. I should not be penalised because of poor service from Unisa. The postal service is fine but Unisa has got to change. This is completely unacceptable.
