Threats and intimidation

The head Mistress (Liz) has stormed into the classroom of our child and shouted accusations (three times in one week), making accusations that were incorrect and based on hearsay by a third party, without verifying her facts. This has caused stress and social rejection for our child. This has not only been done to our child, but we have heard that this has also been done to other children in the past. She has threatened to expel our child, saying that our child was being disruptive in the class. Some facts about the school: No Pool nets or walls around the pool's, insufficient ablutions, inadequate space in some classrooms, some Tool shed type classrooms, No governing body. (Is this legal?)
