No response to my request for payback

I cancelled the share trackin software and they were commited to payback my money. It is now almost a year later and no response or feedback on any payments. Battle since October 2012 to get my money back. No email or phone call response. The contract allow cancellation after a certain time. They signed the cancellation and I payed a redo cost which is deducted from original cost etc. I think it is time report them at all media and newspapers if I don't get my money back immediately.
