No marks, No feedback

I emailed my research to two lecturers, no reply yet I'm ahead of the schedule. They do not give our tests back however the marks are questionable, charging R400 for a remark yet we are not allowed to see our tests. They have changed lecturers a couple of times in the middle of semesters. The account office staff is extremely rude, they cannot produce a report for our marks even if our accounts are paid fully, however they give us several notifications via email, letter and sms if small amounts are outstanding. I have been studying here for three years, the administration is terrible, the security guards are impolite and negligent, not to mention they look extremely sloppy, overweight and incapable of stopping anything and anyone. Career days are pointless and horribly ineffective.
