Unisa
You cannot correspond with Unisa!

I am a student of Unisa and study through correspondence, but Unisa have now decided to stop accepting calls from students or any other people, a university that promotes and runs off communication, is now shutting down a key line of communication, leaving their students stranded. This MIGHT have been slightly acceptable if they replied to sms's or e-mails, but that doesn't work either, so now communication with our education facilitators has been cut, and the students voices are now null and void. Their sms's (which should be instant) arrive weeks and sometimes months late. My exam timetable arrived after I finished my second exam, and codes for assignments arrived after my SECOND assignment was already in. Now that doesn't effect me directly, but I am fortunate enough to have constant internet access, but I am not the only student at Unisa. HOW ARE WE EXPECTED TO STUDY THROUGH CORRESPONDENCE WHEN WE CAN'T CORRESPOND WITH OUR UNIVERSITY!
