ZERO RESPONSE FROM UNISA

I have been waiting three weeks for a response to my e-mail regarding the fact that I'm unable to enter any text in the box provided on Discussion Forum under APM2614 on the MyUnisa website, a subject for which I'm registered.

I wished to respond to a fellow student but the cursor on my screen does not "trigger" and thus NO text can be entered.

I have found that UNISA don't respond to e-mails in general. Two recent e-mails to UNISA regarding an error in my examination record were also ignored. On that occasion, I then approached UNISA's George office whereupon the matter was corrected.

In all cases, one gets an automated response with a reference number and then NOTHING HAPPENS.

So UNISA's "just a click away" is meaningless.
