No delivery of goods

I have ordered 2 Maths books from NNA Publishers, in April. I have paid R434 for the books. It is now October, and I have not received the goods yet. I have only an email address to the person responsible, and she does not communicate to me what the problem is. If I phone the number on their website, only an answering machine could be heard. I am at my ends now. No proper communication, no goods delivered. What am I to do with this?
