Luciano Tutorial
Bad quality

I study through unisa an accounting degree and received a SMS from Luciano tutorials claiming that for R390 I could purchase an exam pack with the questions and answers. I replied interested and they said that I must deposit the money and they will mail me the study material. I received it by mail, but man alive, the typing is so poor that I spend hours trying to figure out the questions. On top of it the answers are so obviously wrong. The typing is for example 2 question over each other and the amounts are copied wrong and the typing mistakes are1000's. I could deal with a few mistakes, but it looks like the tea lady typed the material and the the gardener solved the problems. I have now paid for this and cannot use the material. They refuse to even acknowledge that they are in the wrong and refuse to refund me. They are making so much money from exploiting these students that are desperate for the help. But I assure you if you follow this company you will surely fail... They need to be forced to correct their material before cashing in.
