Cannot find out status of application in 4 months

I applied at UNISA in May this year for the 2nd semester of 2013.

I received the email listing all the documents I need to submit online. I submitted everything but my matric certificate as I could not locate it at that stage.

I then received an email saying that they need my matric certificate. I managed to locate it and upload it.

I have since then never heard anything. I wanted to now apply for next year but cannot get hold of anybody. Every number you phone either just rings or does not exist anymore.
