If you are working in the Service Industry, awesome service is rare gem that is cherised escpecially by those who work in the same industry. One has an understanding of how important just a minute of your time and a smile is or a smiling voice over the phone. Yes... you can hear a smile over the phone.

Time after time, my feet are swept from under me when I deal with people from this organisation. I never exerieced any bad service from them, but this time especially I would like to thank Elaine and Sam, as they have really made my day and a created a big smile on my face by walking that extra mile and rendering awesome service. So a very special thank you to Samantha and Elaine for making me feel like I'm a special client to them. I hope that their Organisation know exactly what treasures they have working for them!
