Intec College
Still no study material and overcharged

I submitted my application together with full payment for my course on 7 August 2013 but my enrolment was only finalised on 21 August 2013 which already exceeds the promised time frame. Up until now I have not received any study material and when I contact Intec I'm just told that the books are on back order. No one can give me an estimate of how much longer I need to wait and also don't seem to be willing to contact the supplier.
I work full time and with every passing day I am losing valuable time that I could have spent on my studies. Apart from this it has come to our attention that when we paid for my course the course was in fact on promotion and we were charged the normal fee. Every time we phone to query this we are given promises of feedback which just never happen. I would not recommend Intec to anybody with the experience I've had up to now.
