Unisa need to up their standards!!! Our education depends on it and I don't want my degree to look useless because of their service and management!!

Firstly, the amount of assignments we all have received back with the incorrect marks, which we have to query, is RIDICULOUS!!! Assignments should be marked properly the first time! And this B S of averaging marks across the board is disgusting, we are not average people and we work hard, so to have our marks averaged is insulting, and it shows the true character of the markers... LAZY! They should not be in education then if educating their own country is not their priority.

Secondly, Unisa needs to get a call centre back because quite frankly I would rather wait 30 min on a call and know I will get a response, rather than email or sms and NEVER get any sort of response!

Lastly, because I have now seen how lazy the Unisa staff are when it comes to marking our assignments and exams, I think it is only fair to receive our exam papers back so that we can see for ourselves where we went wrong (unless they are too scared to send them back because they know they are not marking our papers fairly)
