Trying to get "correct " academic transcript from Unisa is impossible, staff ignore emails or answer incorrectly after weeks of correspondence they advised the student number does not exist. Incompetent staff at counters, no Unisa envelopes "You must bring your own or buy a pack of 10" Four sets of couriered documents later and still they are a stuff up!!! This is a plea to any potential students Think twice before you register at Unisa in fact study overseas!!! No wonder Unisa do not respond to Hello Peter, they would be replying all day!
