3-5 Days Courier Delivery... NOT!!!

I enrolled with College SA for 2014. They promise a 3-5 working day courier delivery of all study material. The welcome pack reached me within that period with so many spelling mistakes that it did not make for pleasant reading. After submitting my first assignment and requesting the first batch of actual study material as per their standard procedure... things went pear shaped... as today is the 22nd and I am still waiting! Upon earlier enquiry today I was informed that the study material has STILL NOT been dispatched. I paid for the full year's studies in advance. Really disappointed...
