Lack of response on Queries & Registrations errors

I have made countless attempts at registering and every time there is an issue that my registration cannot be processed, I do not receive communication about why it cannot be processed then I have to get my money refunded & now on yet another attempt at registering I get constant errors that I cannot decipher you send emails and smses and get no response, today registration closes then it will be a third semester wasted that I cannot get my studies going! It is totally annoying that you cannot pick up the phone and SPEAK to somebody and have your questions answered then and there without the frustration of waiting for email responses that you simply do not get!
