0.75 percent sounds very bizarre to me!

Hi There,

I wrote WLL2602 last year October. My result came back as 38.75. When I applied for a remark the same figure comes back. Please explain how I got 0.75 of a mark? This is the first module where it has been marked like this.

Furthermore, I have requested my exam script (I saw on another forum I need to fax a two page form in order to obtain this) So what I want to know is if I add up the marks and they different, what is the procedure?
