No help at all!!!

My student number is 3288-471-0. I have emailed the Economics and Management Sciences department on the 8th July 2013 requesting that my BCom degree be confirmed as I wrote and passed my last module in the May / June exams. I have since called practically every second day to follow-up on my query and constantly have received the same feedback - "this query has been escalated to the auditing department. I will send them an email to follow-up." I am sorry but this is not good enough. Graduation is taking place and I will not be attending as someone from UNISA has not done their job.

It is very dissappointing for me as a student of UNISA who has been awaiting for this special day for sometime and now that I have passed all my exams I can't graduate.

Please can someone respond and urgently assist me.
