URGENT! Graduation - What's going on?

Last year was the last year of my degree. I completed 11 subjects (special permission was given for this, only final year students can do this). I have been waiting for details on graduation, but have not heard a thing. Emailed the helplines, someone responded saying I am one subject short to graduate. I am extremely upset if this is the case, as I asked 3 student counsellors and advisors at UNISA before selecting final subjects. I emailed Human Sciences department with no response for a few weeks. This matter is urgent, please assist!!!
