Misleading information and promises

I was also told the amount of R 277 will be taken off my budget facility over 72 months. The full amount went of my account immediately. I am now paying two amounts per month 314 and 168 = R482 per month as supposed to the promised R 277. I was informed by Werner that I can cancel this agreement after 6 months. I spoke to a lady (I think it was Chantell) within the 6 months period informing her that I want to cancel. She then told me that If I play the simulation actively I will be able to cancel. So I played it actively and now I cannot get hold of anyone. I emailed to ask if I can come for training in the hope of getting a response, but all in vain. I have been misled by all the staff of Certainty Technologies... and they are getting away with it taking my money every month.

Has anyone had any luck to get their money back or at least to stop this people money every month?
