St Patrick's College
Paying R12 000 for notice

My child was schooling in St Patrick College, Kokstad, and it happened that I get a job in Mpumalanga, and had to relocate. It was impossible to give a 3 months notice as per contract, as I had to leave and commence work in Mpumalanga! I gave the school a proof of relocation document, however it was disregarded,

Their lawyers sent a Sherrif who intimidated my mother, stating that they will take all belongings demanding R1500,

I really still fail to understand all this havoc, and the school is still requesting me to pay thousands of rands via Elliot and Walker Attorneys and yet my child is no longer using their services..not in this school.

I believe SA related legislation do not allow this
