I have made numerous attempts to contact UNISA regarding why my qualification is still reflecting as incomplete when all my modules have been completed. I have called their landline numerous times, only for it to be engaged, I have emailed as well as smsed their 'contact us' number but without any luck. My diploma is complete, according to the amount or modules and work experience allocated to the course and yet I cannot prove this when applying for employment as I do not have any proof in hand. This is incredibly frustrating.
