Results being withheld due to imcompetence

I started with Damelin in Aug 2012 due to all the praise i heard from friends and collegues, yet my experience has been the total oppisite. My debit order was set and ready to go. Everything went well but by the end of September i started recieving SMS's notifying me that my account was in arrears and of course I called in to follow up on this and we then discovered that my account number which might i add was submitted correctly by myself, was captured incorrectly on their systems and therefor the debit order did not go off, i was then told by the lady in accounts that the acount would just run for a month later than the agreed terms of the contract BUT along came October and once again my bank account was not debited and again i was told that the account would just run a month longer than the agreed term, now my account is up to date yet my exam results are being withheld due to the system never being updated.on the day the results get released the manager is not there and I had to phone in countless times to have them tell me i have to wait until Monday. I am very dissatisfied by the service recieved.
