StratCol
Stratcol keeps debitting money from my account

I checked my statement and there was an amount of R89 debited on behalf of Teletop. Every month I have to stop these unauthorized stop orders and so getting sick and tired of these. My bank gave me a Stratcol number and when I called them of which I don't see a point of calling them at all since they will never give me answers except to ask for my bank account number, how dum do they really think I am? I'm going to take legal action about this and sue them!
