Lack of Feedback

HI have been requesting information regarding a Bookkeeping Course and other information regarding Financial Accounting.
Since my first request, I started receiving emails regarding everything else rather than what I requested.
I emailed again yesterday and got a response. I replied and now 1 whole day later I still wait for a response.

I was informed yesterday that Oxbridge Academy are the worst for getting feedback and maybe one of the worst trying to study with.
I checked with HelloPeter, and not to my surprise I am not the only one!!

An absolute disgrace!! I would rather chose to study through UNISA or Damelin!!
