Registered online paid but still told i havent pai

I registered online on the 07/01/2013 and paid R662 using my creditcard. Got a message that said my academic record has not been updated and need to phone this number (012) 429 2844. This number just rings and nobody answers it. I then sent an email enquiry on the 14/01/2013 finding out why I have not been registered as online registrations are normally quite quick. I got a response on the 16/01/2013 saying that I need to pay R662 to finalize my registration, I responded saying this amount has been paid and again got a message on the 22/01/2013 saying that I need to pay R662. Out of frustration I paid this amount again and again got told that my academic record has not been updated and got given that number again that does not get answered.

I have not experienced this before with Unisa its been very frustrating and the fact that you have no one to explain your problem to makes things worse. And it seems no one actually investigates your email enquiries seriously because if this was done they would have noticed that I have paid the amount that I kept being told I need to pay.
