Shocking Sercive 4a Univerisity of Our Country

Ow My Word!!! Can somebody please tell me how UNISA works. This is unbeliavably shocking. I applied at UNISA on the 16th of August 2012 for a Law Degree. UNISA sent me a letter saying I must submit same documents certified and I did before the closing date of the 17th September 2012. After that there was no word from UNISA. Now I am receiving an SMS on the 23rd of Jan 2013 notifying me that registration ends on the 25th of Jan 2013. I havent even ben notified about the outcome of my application. A normal school sends a letter even a pre-school. People and this is not just any University but The University of South Africa. You are playing with people's future whats wrong with you people. You are an academic institution!!! I know institutions receive many applications but I have never seen this kind of pathetic service. This is really embarrasing do we have to put The Unoversity of South Africa on hellopeter just to get a responce about an application... PEOPLE!!!
