Absolutely Useless

I have been trying to get more information on the part time CCNA course that CCT offers as advertised on the website, i have been trying to findout about the course for almost a whole but no one seems to know anything, ive made phone calls, sent emails and someone from CCT has also sent a email to the person in charge and cc'd me but that person hasnt gotten back to me. A girl called me once and said she would email me the information but she never did, because she couldnt answer my questions and that was probably 3 weeks ago.

Im utterly disgusted with the service of College of Cape Town
