Debt collectors on a Cancelled course, Refund form

My Fiance Mbali Xaba, student numz 402992, ID Numz 8210030594086,
Cancelled a course with Damelin due to poor service and information miscommunication from their side,
Was told the Cancellation was eventually Approved, even Recieved Refund forms in November 2012, completed them and sent back, she never got her Refund,
Today she recieves a call from Samantha, debt collectors telling her she still owes Damelin some money,
We want to know if anyone at Damelin accounts really know what they are doing there or they just trying to us now??
